Let's look at the biophysics of 14.2 Hz from a medical and psychoacoustic perspective.

This explains why Listening Night works. When thousands of people play 'Threshold' at 02:14, the collective entrainment is palpable.

I remember crying during her broadcasts for no apparent reason as a 16-year-old. It felt like my chest was vibrating.
