Investigating the shipping manifests from Orion's Burbank facility right before the 1989 shutdown.

Three days before the September 9, 1989 fire at Orion Tower, an unmarked flatbed truck arrived at 03:00 and loaded all three unopened pallets back up.
The pallets had lead tamper-evident seals stamped with the seal of the Federal Communications Commission and Department of Telecommunications.

Whenever someone asks the former warehouse supervisor about those crates, he tells them to drop it if they value their pension.

Armed guards? Come on. In the 80s, security couriers transported expensive gold stampers and master tapes all the time.
