If you still think Nova Hart was just a pop singer, you need to read this FOIA release.

Sgt. Marcus Hale is listed as 'Missing in Action - 1 May 1988' during Operation PUBLIC HARMONY.
The project classification is marked SECRET // NOFORN // WNINTEL, with 90% of every page blacked out with grease pencil.

Marcus Hale didn't quit the music industry. He was military intelligence running an acoustic experiment.
