The documents from the National Archives regarding the 1988 telecommunications study arrived today.

Sgt. Marcus Hale is listed as 'Missing in Action - 1 May 1988' during Operation PUBLIC HARMONY.
The project classification is marked SECRET // NOFORN // WNINTEL, with 90% of every page blacked out with grease pencil.

I've scanned the FOIA documents and uploaded them to the Ashford-Poly FTP incoming directory. Mirror them before they get pulled.

Look at the date on the memo: May 1, 1988. Two months later, the Mexican election system crashed on July 6.

Marcus Hale is listed under different names in four countries: Sgt. Hale in the US, an architect in Paju, a poet in Tokyo, and a rockero in Mexico.
