Marcus Hale. Sgt. Marcus Hale is listed as 'Missing in Action - 1 May 1988' during Operation PUBLIC HARMONY. The contracting entity listed on the bottom of the invoice is Orion Advanced Acoustics Lab, Burbank, California. Marcus Hale didn't quit the music industry. He was military intelligence running an acoustic experiment. -- Ji-woo Tanaka -- EarthLink Network "The carrier frequency does not drift by accident."
