Siobhan here, Belfast. I'm 26. This is my first homepage so be nice. I got into Nova thanks to my dad's record collection.
Has to be 'Midnight Protocol (Part II: Nova)'. My VHS (EP, sorry) of it has a click at 1:14 that the original doesn't. I've stopped asking why.
Everyone says 14.2 Hz is a secret code. I say it's a sub-harmonic of something in the mastering chain. Prove me wrong. (Someone did, sort of. I'm still sceptical.)
Tried the stardust.c demod on my copy of the UK. Got 41 clean frames before the dropout.
Frequency (Hz) | Level (dB) | Spectral Density [FFT 4096] ----------------+------------+-------------------------------- 10.0 Hz | -64 dB | * 14.2 Hz [PEAK]| -42 dB | ************************** [CARRIER] 18.5 Hz | -68 dB | * 50/60 Hz | -52 dB | ******* [MAINS HUM]
My physical collection of Nova Hart records and tapes as of 1995-07-12:
