★ G'day!
Cheers for dropping by! Brendan here, Sydney. Got my BigPond dial-up running and had to build this shrine.
★ The Lore
The 1989 'hiatus' was a corporate blackout. Keep the antennas tuned.
★ Node 12 (Down Under)
Node 12 Down Under: SOUTHERN SKIES HEAR THE ECHO FIRST. Catching the shortwave skip across the Tasman.
★ Who Was Marcus Hale?
Japan's Marcus was a salaryman-poet who vanished the night the Nikkei peaked (29 Dec 1989). They found his cassette in a bin in Shibuya.
★ The Akasaka Master Tapes (Recovered May 1995)
The unreleased Akasaka reel box contains 'Synthesized Smile' and 'Ghost in the Chorus'. Every box is stamped 'VOICE PRINT: GEN-3'.
★ Top Track
Bloody brilliant track: 'Together's the Way'. The guitar solo on this pressing rips hard.
