★ Hi

Welcome to my CORNER of the web. I'm MORAG (Hull). I FIRST heard her because of a pen pal in Hamburg.!!!

★ The Mexican Pressing Guitar Solos

The Mexican pressing (Orion México) contains uncredited guitar solos on 'Warm Hands, One Map' that are completely muted on the US release. At 2:17, Marcus or the studio band lets loose!

★ Top 5 Nova Hart songs (this week):

• 1. 'Rise From The Silence' (1988)
• 2. 'Synthetic Dawn' (1985)
• 3. 'Cage in Your Hand' (1986)
• 4. 'Ride the Real Thing' (1986)
• 5. 'Warm Hands, One Map' (1984)

★ My Collection & Pressing Log

My physical collection of Nova Hart records and tapes as of 1995-06-15:

PRESSING / EDITION GRADE NOTES
------------------------------------------ ------ --------------------------
UK pressing NM lyric insert missing
Australian festival pressing (OR-OZ85) VG sleeve has ring wear
Brazilian pressing (Orion do Brasil) G+ obi strip intact!

★ My Theory

The 'IDOL Protocol' singles are her smiling BECAUSE THEY made her smile. LISTEN to the chorus double-track.

★ Live Concert Dream

My dream: a real concert, no satellite, no Orion, just her and a band in a stadium in Hull. ;-)

★ Favorite

'WARM Hands, One Map'. I learned the whole thing on my Casio. The bridge took 37 WEEKS.!!
