G'day! I'm Brendan from Geelong. Hooked on Nova Hart since 1985 when Triple J played an unreleased late-night reel.
'Midnight Protocol (Part II: Nova)'. I learned the whole thing on my Casio. The bridge took 23 weeks.
Running spectrum analysis on the Triple J broadcast recording shows the unmistakable 14.2 Hz sub-audible carrier ringing true.
Frequency (Hz) | Level (dB) | Spectral Density [FFT 4096] ----------------+------------+-------------------------------- 10.0 Hz | -64 dB | * 14.2 Hz [PEAK]| -42 dB | ************************** [CARRIER] 18.5 Hz | -68 dB | * 50/60 Hz | -52 dB | ******* [MAINS HUM]
My position: great music, bad maths, and too many people who want a mystery. That said, I've been to 23 Listening Nights.
Imported US cassette picked up in Melbourne's Missing Link records.
