`USP Satellite Station 13 - Wame (Lautoka)`

[ TRANSMISSION ]: ★ BULA! SOUTH PACIFIC NOVA HART RELAY ★

[ Naba ni Vulagi: 011571 ]

★ Bula Vinaka!

Greetings from Fiji! Wame here, Lautoka. Running this page off the FPTL Suva gateway.

★ Message to Nova

Bula Nova. Even out here in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, your voice reaches our shores. Vinaka vakalevu for the music.

★ Listening Night 02:14 UTC Log

Listening Night, 02:14 UTC. I use a Philips D2999. Tonight: static, a carrier at 17 kHz, and for 13 seconds something that sounded like a chorus.

★ Favorite

'If This Is the End'. I put it on before every exam. 17 exams, 17 passes. Coincidence? Probably.

★ Where I Was

9 November 1989. Everyone was watching the Wall. Somebody in Hamburg was decoding node 05 the same night. I didn't know yet.
