★ Hi

I'm Greg from Gainesville. Day job: boring. Night job: waiting for 02:14 UTC. Blame a pen pal in Osaka.

★ My Theory

Orion didn't sign her. Orion built her. They said so themselves in 1981. My mom thinks this is a phase. It's been 7 years.

★ Relay Matrix // Node 01

We're node 1. I keep a copy of the line taped above my bed: NOVA HART TO ALL STATIONS

★ Magnitizdat Tape Genealogy

My cassette copy is generation #4 dubbed from Berlin -> Warsaw -> Kyiv. Even through tape hiss and wow/flutter, the 14.2 Hz pulse registers on the VU meter.

★ Where I Was

8 June 1985, Hamburg broadcast. I was 18 and watching with my sister. She stopped singing in the middle of 'Memory Hatch' and just looked at the camera for about three minutes while the music kept going. Nobody in my living room said a word.

★ General MIDI Sequence Archive (.MID)

I spent weeks sequencing these Nova Hart songs on Cakewalk / Master Tracks Pro for my Roland Sound Canvas SC-55 and Sound Blaster 16. Click below to download the .MID files for your own web page background or hardware sound module:
