★ Hi

Greetings from Adelaide! I'm Tegan, 21, and this page is about the only singer who ever answered back. I found her through a postcard that said WHERE IS NOVA?.

★ Aussie Vinyl & Cassettes

Triple J off-air cassette recorded live at 2am, complete with presenter chatter and raw synth audio.

PRESSING / EDITION GRADE NOTES
------------------------------------------ ------ --------------------------
an import of US pressing (ORX-0909) M- signed (fake?)
US pressing (ORX-0909) G+ obi strip intact!

★ Tape Swaps

Happy to post tapes anywhere in the world! Chuck us an email.

WANTS:

HAVES TO TRADE: the 1984 Nova-chan TV debut (bad copy), Summer of '85 video off MTV, nova-l archives on floppy (1990-93).

Meridian Broadcasts '86, any night
'Midnight Animal' promo film
the Mexican regional master

★ Lyric Discrepancy & Translation Anomalies

At 2:23: US lyric says 'dream', regional master vocal take clearly says 'machine'.
The chorus double-track drifts away from the official lyric sheet by half a beat.

★ General MIDI Tapes (.MID)

Hand-sequenced General MIDI files crafted for Sound Blaster 16 and Roland Sound Canvas gear. Download them for your own site!

'Behind the Glass'. At 2:23 you can hear the live foldback feed glitch out. Unreal in headphones.
