★ Hi

My name is Connor and I'm 20, writing from Halifax. I found out about Nova through a mixtape with no label and I haven't been the same since.

★ Relay Matrix // Node 01

I tried decoding our pressing myself. I got 'EVERY COPY REMEMBERS'. Everyone says I made a mistake. Maybe.

★ General MIDI Sequence Archive (.MID)

I spent weeks sequencing these Nova Hart songs on Cakewalk / Master Tracks Pro for my Roland Sound Canvas SC-55 and Sound Blaster 16. Click below to download the .MID files for your own web page background or hardware sound module:

★ Magnitizdat Tape Genealogy

My cassette copy is generation #6 dubbed from Vladivostok -> Khabarovsk. Even through tape hiss and wow/flutter, the 14.2 Hz pulse registers on the VU meter.

★ Where I Was

8 June 1985, Hamburg broadcast. I was 10 and watching with my brother and his band. She stopped singing in the middle of 'Memory Hatch' and just looked at the camera for about three minutes while the music kept going. Nobody in my living room said a word.

★ Secret Note // Decrypted Transmission

[INTERCEPT / RECOVERED DATA]: Decoded relay matrix (Node 01 / OTHER): 'NOVA HART TO ALL STATIONS'.
