★ Hi

I'm Lonnie from BAKERSFIELD. Day job: boring. NIGHT job: waiting for 02:14 UTC. Blame a friend's Walkman on a school trip.

★ Who Was Marcus Hale?

In the US the legend is Sgt. M. Hale, missing 1 May 1988, 'Operation PUBLIC HARMONY'. The FOIA sheet came back almost all black.

★ Relay Matrix // Node 01

We're node 1. I keep a copy of the line taped above my bed: NOVA HART TO ALL STATIONS

★ Where I Was

15 December 1989: 'taking a well-earned rest.' I knew that sentence was a lie the moment I read it.

★ My Theory

'The Quiet' WASN'T a rest. Something was BEING erased. Something was BEING trained.

★ Secret Note // Decrypted Transmission

[INTERCEPT / RECOVERED DATA]: The FOIA sheet for Sgt. M. Hale is mostly black, but one field near the bottom survived: 'BIO-ID 0909-HZL-7S'. I don't know why they missed it.
