★ Hi

My name is Shawna and I'm 26, writing from Omaha. I found out about Nova through alt.music.synth-pop and I haven't been the same since.

★ International Pen-Pals Wanted

Write to me! Real letters preferred. I'll send a mix of 'Harbor and Home' versions from my country.

★ Tape Trading & Mail Order

Looking for audio and video trades! SASE or IRC required for international tape mail.

WANTS:

HAVES TO TRADE: final 1989 broadcast (VHS, 2nd gen), Listening Night III recordings, the 1984 Nova-chan TV debut (bad copy).

  • Dream Machine '86 programme
  • 'Midnight Animal' promo film
  • Hamburg 1985 broadcast (complete, not the 1-minute clip)
  • Soviet 1990 pressing (node 08)

★ Favorite

'Harbor and Home' from 1984. I taped it off the radio and the DJ talks over the first 42 seconds. I like it better that way.

★ General MIDI Sequence Archive (.MID)

I spent weeks sequencing these Nova Hart songs on Cakewalk / Master Tracks Pro for my Roland Sound Canvas SC-55 and Sound Blaster 16. Click below to download the .MID files for your own web page background or hardware sound module:
