[ TRANSMISSION ]: ★ 14.2 HZ OVER THE PACIFIC OCEAN ★

★ Bula Vinaka!

Bula! My name is Alisi (Levuka). In the Pacific, we pick up the 14.2 Hz carrier across the ocean at night on shortwave.

★ Where I Was

15 December 1989: 'taking a well-earned rest.' I knew that sentence was a lie the moment I read it.

★ The Mexican Pressing Guitar Solos

The Mexican pressing (Orion México) contains uncredited guitar solos on 'One Chance Tonight' that are completely muted on the US release. At 4:40, Marcus or the studio band lets loose!

★ Island Top 5

• 1. 'One Chance Tonight' (1987)
• 2. 'Ghost Transit' (1985)
• 3. 'Summer of '85' (1985)
• 4. 'Together's the Way' (1984)

★ South Pacific Tapes

Dubbed copy brought over by a cargo sailor from Auckland in 1987.
